"Been streaming smoothly since I started using it"
I started using it a few days ago, and so far it’s been really smooth. I haven’t had any buffering issues yet, and the picture quality has looked good every time I’ve watched

I booked my film in just a couple of minutes, which was exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t really paying attention to anything beyond the showtime, seats, and checkout, but those were all easy to find. Payment went through without any hassle too. Nice and simple overall.

There were loads of showtimes listed, which was really useful. there were so many that I was a little suspicious at first and had to double-check they were legit, but everything seemed fine and it made planning way easier.

"Always a Nice Night Out"
So... I really like going to curzon. The whole place just feels calm and comfortable, not loud or chaotic like some of the bigger cinemas. It also feels like people are actually there to watch the film, which I appreciate. The seats are nice, the lighting is cosy, and the cinema has a bit of character to it. I booked through curzon and it was straightforward enough. It’s always a good night out for me.

I watched a film on curzon and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but it worked well. The picture was clear and the sound was solid too. No real fuss or messing about, it just played smoothly.

I’ve used curzon a handful of times now and, to be honest, I’d say it’s probably worth it. The prices feel fair enough compared with going out to the cinema, and the selection is usually decent if you’re after something a bit different. Streaming has worked fine for me so far, no real hassle. Overall, it’s a good option when I want to watch something at home without overthinking it

"Works Fine, but the Captions Can Be a Bit Tricky"
I’ve been using it here and there, mostly in the evenings when I’m trying to get a few things done without turning the volume up too loud, and overall it works okay. Nothing major to complain about, but the captions aren’t always the easiest to follow or read, depending on what I’m watching. It does the job, just not perfectly every time.

The biggest thing for me is that it just doesn’t crash. I know that sounds simple, but after dealing with apps that freeze or shut down at the worst times, it’s such a relief to use something that feels dependable. That’s really all I wanted, and it makes me feel a lot less frustrated

I do really like the film selection on curzon, and when the site is working properly it’s straightforward to use. That said, my account keeps randomly logging me out, which gets old fast. A few times it didn’t even recognise my password after I’d reset it, so it ended up taking way longer than it should have to just sit down and watch a film — which, is the whole point. Customer support did get back to me, so it’s not all bad. Still, the login stuff is frustrating and I really hope they sort it out soon.

In the end, curzon.com was fine overall, but the updates were a bit hit and miss. I did get some communication along the way, just not always when I thought I would.
I found myself checking back a few times to see what was going on, which got a little annoying. It wasn’t a bad experience, but they could definitely do a better job of keeping customers in the loop

"Lovely staff, easy visits"
I’ve been to curzon a few times now and, i’m a bit biased because I always have a good experience there. The staff are consistently lovely. Last time, I accidentally booked my ticket for the wrong time and they helped me sort it out without making me feel awkward about it. Just genuinely nice people, and it makes the whole visit feel relaxed and easy...

Went to curzon last weekend and the film itself was decent, but the toilets were a bit grim. One cubicle had no toilet paper, the floor was wet, and the sink area looked like nobody had checked it in ages. For the price of a ticket, come on now, I expected better than that. The staff were friendly enough, but the toilets really need sorting out.

"Decent seats, just not super comfy"
The seats aren’t awful or anything, but they could definitely be a little softer. I was fine at first, but after a long movie I felt kinda stiff tbh. For shorter films though, they’re totally fine.

"Support was surprisingly easy to deal with"
I had a small issue with my booking, so I emailed support expecting it to take a while. To my surprise, they got back quickly and fixed it without turning it into some big hassle. Maybe I just caught them at a quiet time or got lucky with the person handling it, but either way, I really appreciated not having to chase anyone. It was all nice and easy.

I’ve had the Curzon membership for a few months now and, it’s been worth it for me. I go to the cinema fairly often, so the discounts start to add up without you really noticing. The free tickets and online extras are a nice bit on top too. Booking has been straightforward, and it’s just nice not feeling like I’ve spent a fortune every time I decide to see something. So far, yeah, no complaints really.

"Not worth the snack prices"
Went to curzon and felt a bit let down. They make it seem like you’re getting a proper premium cinema experience, but the snacks really didn’t live up to that promise. Paid quite a bit for popcorn and a drink, and the popcorn tasted kind of stale while the drink was mostly ice with barely any flavour. I still like the cinema itself, but the food side definitely needs sorting out. For what they charge, I expected a lot better. Next time I’ll probably just eat before I go.
